The morning session includes light breakfast and dinner; afternoon session includes dinner & light supper (optional). Soup will be available for you to take home for your next day off (!) if you don't eat it here.

All are welcome to come, whether you currently have a major illness or are just interested in learning natural ways to avoid diabetes, cancer, heart attacks, stroke, multiple sclerosis, and other illness. Our focus is on ways to heal naturally – supporting the body (especially the immune system), flushing toxins from the body, and providing healthy nourishment for the body and soul. Nutrition, relaxation, and body awareness are stressed.

Please come for all or part of the day. If a whole day seems too much for you, remember that this is a retreat house, and we will try to accommodate your needs. Beds for resting will be available.
