Here are the six steps to making the best decision to any question.
Ask yourself, "How much time do I REALLY have before I need to make the decision?" We make rash decisions by trying to control the outcome when we are afraid. You have more time than you think.
Gather information by asking, “what do I need to learn and who do I need to learn it from?" If you are not confident yet, it is because you haven’t gathered enough information yet. Get curious and start gathering info. Ask for help from people you trust.
Journal. Mind dumping takes all the crammed energy inside your head and makes more room to listen to your quiet knowing. Your higher self will show you the answers. Building self-awareness is a practice.
Listen from the inside out. You may think you don’t have all the info you need. You will know in perfect timing.
Pay Attention. Decisions rise from a deep place within us. If you feel your body tense up it’s a no. If you relax it’s a yes, Not sure? Go back to step 2.
Trust the Process. Trust Yourself.
We all make the best decisions with the information we have at the time. We can’t know what we don’t know until we know it! We make decisions based on our current belief system, so it is important to go easy. Self-compassion is your friend. Self-awareness is your goal. We learn from our mistakes. Our experience will always be our greatest teacher. We don’t learn from getting it right, we learn and grow from getting it wrong. Wear it all like a loose garment and know you are right where you are supposed to be today. Deep Breath. You got this!
